    I provide comprehensive training for Insurance Industry professionals to understand the development and implementation of Duck Creek Technologies software products. I am the author of the primary curriculum for two of Duck Creek's foundational products, Duck Creek Author and Duck Creek Billing. These materials are used to teach two-week long courses, by both Duck Creek University trainers and by Duck Creek's SI Partners both in the US and abroad. Over a thousand people have been trained using these curriculum materials. I design custom learning plans and courseware to meet the needs of Duck Creek customers and teach those customer curated plans to improve the implementation of Duck Creek software. I travel internationally - the UK, CAN, AUS, PORT, INDIA - to date and have conducted training in over 15 cities in the US.
