I am an instructional designer and contract trainer specializing in management, sales and customer service training. I have developed over 300 training programs (both classroom and e-Learning) in a wide range of areas that include: Management Training, Sales Training, Coaching, Train-the-Trainer, Presentation Skills (and all that supports it), Recruiting & Hiring Skills and Ethics.Based on solid needs assessments, my designs are noted for their interactivity, highly structured simulations, games and exercises. They are anything but dull! I am involved in all aspects of the creation of audio / video support for the training I develop; from scripting through shooting to post production.As a facilitator, I have trained several thousand people in the US, UK, Germany, Canada and Dubai. We served a training audience of 4100 sales people and 400 managers as well as creating training to support all aspects of product launches. Our Mail Management Seminar won many awards and accolades from our customers and the US Postal Service itself.We were early adapters of e-Learning and had an LMS in place by 1989.
