    Lead a group of professionals in the design, development and delivery of leadership programs, team building and facilitation of senior teams. Holds a B.S. degree in chemistry and a M.S. degree in Quality Management. After 25+ years in the Analytical Chemistry and Quality Management areas, moved into the Human Resources Learning and Development area as the Quality Management trainer.in 1993. In 1994 became a Senior HR Business Partner Lead handling and supervising all facets of employee relations. In 1996 became the Head of Learning and Development. Led a team responsible for Employee Training in Leadership Skills, Coaching Skills, Sales Skills, Marketing Skills, Personal Effectiveness Skills, Project Management Skills, and team Building Skills until 2009. Became the Head of Organizational Development leading a team responsible for the design and delivery of leader change capability development in building and leveraging the interdependence of strategy, structure, culture and leadership in Syngenta until retirement in December 2011. Currently works as an independent consultant focusing on coaching, change management, leading strategic workshops and leadership training.
