    After Selling Alpha Studios Burbank Recording Studios I set up my own productions as Earth Island Records. I recently, July 2009, moved to Fort Atkinson Wisconsin to where many of my current friends in the industry live and work to continue in music. I love it here and purchased a house in Fort Atkinson/Hebron. I have a basement I plan to fashion into a good sized live chamber and can record locally in my two story house.     Started/Built in house, North Hollywood on Cleon Ave 1979 and moved to Magnolia Burbank in 82. Designed both rooms with partner Denny Shaw how was a lifelong friend I got into the business in the early years. Recorded countless pop artists and co produced some. (See all music.com/artists/credits) It's not all there but most of it if interested.Moved to Wisconsin 2009 summer. Recorded and Produced artist Pat Peterson. Record being finished 2012. Considering start up studio and seeking local investors.

    Continued my work here under Joe Gotfried, studio owner. Credited for recording Dr. John with Keith Olson and many other sessions. Produced projects.artists and recorded my own work at that time. Became familiar with Neve desks in those years. Was once held up at gunpoint after a session by deranged artist.

    Second official recording position. I was 17. In later years I recorded many artists, Bobby Gentry, The Hook, 5th Avenue Band, Ruthann Friedman, Strawberry Alarm Clock, Gordon Lightfoot, Savage Grace, Sal Valentino, many artists I'm told carried on to be in major bands in later years I don't even remember. Have had friends I invited to session in those days contact me and refresh my memory.
