    I serve as a volunteer member of this committee. Members advise the County Board in setting priorities on proposed capital expenditures within Ramsey County and are provided input on the plannning process of the County's Captial Immprovemnt Progam.

    Classroom Instructor - take attendance, follow the lesson plan, use text, public speaking, and various media to present and communicate the objectives of the class. Maintain class records and issued class completion documents. Behind The Wheel instructor, verify instruction permit and previous BTW expeience, Learn and understand the student's mental attitude and improve their confidence and apptitude. Enable students to learn and drive without fear and nevousness. Teach all skills (Parking, urban, rural, highway and freeway driving, with lane changes). Lead the students through all skills and prepare them for the road test including what to expect on the state test. I taught both adults and teens.I wrote a curriculum for a 'Fifty Plus' class which is designed to help drivers 55 years and older remain safe drivers.

    As Community Service Coordinator, I developed and lead group members in volunteer events which provide services to help people and the commnity in which they live. Also helped Returned Peace Corps Volunteers to connect and participate in events which other groups sponsored such as the 'Friends of the Rum River' canoe and clean up.I am an analytical thinker, "How does this organization and it's people work, how can it be made to work better?"
