Building capacity of local level community security working groups to do action planning and to represent communities at high level dialogue fora (such as PCRCs) 7. Building and maintaining effective relationships through networking with project partners, beneficiaries, communities and government stakeholders, and developing capacity of implementing CSO partners to dialogue with authorities on community safety, conflict prevention and peacebuilding issues.8. Participating in the development of country strategic plans, programmes and other advocacy activities.
