This area was particularly difficult due to the wide range of customized applications designed to interact with a particular existing device. - Completed the project using only one Philips employee and two contractors. Other buildings with fewer devices required a project team of 20 Philips employees and contractors in order to complete identical activities. Additionally, those other buildings were logistically/technically less challenging than building A/warehouse.
