Developed a model in conjunction with Training Strategies (ACT) to train trade and technical personnel to design, present and evaluate job relevant skills and knowledge under a Secondment program . The program was so successful that it was recognised by the Australian Institute of Training and Development in 1988 and 1989 as a leader in providing "high quality instructional design".In conjunction with technical and trade training, I was also responsible for developing a management development program for area managers, team leaders and supervisors in improving and managing employees. The program was developed utilising the successful management development program from DDI and its success was based on a top-down approach from Senior staff to support a consistent methodology to performance management.
