Charged with the development and execution of project management controls and completion of the project buy out for the Douglas Grand at Winter Park, a mixed use condominium development consisting of 42 residential units with and approximately 40,000 square feet of Class A retail/office space located downtown Winter Park, Florida.Selected Accomplishments:• Authored and negotiated 37 Million Dollars of contracts for procurement of materials and installation labor for an assemblage of over thirty subcontractors including detailed scopes of work, specifications, schedules of values and performance conditions. • Lead construction project team, coordinating employee responsibilities to ensure proper application of quality control standards, budget maintenance, safety regulation compliance and strict building code adherence. • Managed financial performance of ongoing, day to day operations, evaluating and controlling direct, indirect and discretionary expenses for optimization of capital expenditures.• Managed construction of Douglas Partners 6200 sq. ft. corporate office. Completed tenant improvements within 40 days permit issuance, saving Douglas Partners Twenty Thousand Dollars in lease penalties.
