    Now retired but still helping business leaders informally, Frank Sadowski was the Principal Consultant of Sadowski Consulting Services. With over 30 years of experience advising businesses, he focused on issues related to compensation, pay equity, the relationship between business ethics and excellence, and expanding our understanding of corporate social responsibility. He wrote "The Pay Equity Playbook: Tools for Small and Mid-Size Organizations" and created a pay equity toolkit as part of co-leading the Leaders for Equity and Equal Pay (LEEP) program in partnership with Change the Story. He served as Board Chair for Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR), and wrote about issues at the intersection of business performance, ethics, and human flourishing when not consulting. Additional interests include Vermont's economic development, ending racism, and the many issues related to faith, spirituality, and ethics in the workplace.
