I basically work in accordance with Vines Management and the Homeowners Association Board of Directors, my main responsibility is is the upkeep and maintenance of this Building that has been in Beverly Hills for 51 years. I basically have to make judgement calls on my own and on the approval of the Homeowner Association Board of Directors and my boss Robert Mellor, I also assist residents if there is any assistance that they need and I have to keep a dialogue of communication with the vendors such as plumbers and any other construction workers that may come in and do some work and the main rule of thumb at Durant Towers is nothing gets done without the approval of the Board of Directors, I am basically the homeowners link to the Board of Directors. This is the best schedule I've ever have had working for Durant Towers in Beverly Hills I do work from 7:30 to 4 and I have the weekends off and since I've been there everybody's been really nice and I feel very fortunate being there despite the way things ended with Brookdale and again I stand by how I felt about Brookdale, the leadership there at Brookdale South Bay formerly Pacific Inn fell in the wrong hands of some immature jerk that couldn't handle the leadership he just let it the power go straight to his head!

Yes with this job, I was terminated due to hearsay rumors and it was due to a personality conflict and not due to poor work perfomance! I basically worked by myself and was terminated due to allegedly using inappropriate racial profanity which is false! I was there for almost 5 years and in those 5 years, I worked mostly for Mike Emerson that was the Executive Director and in that time frame I never had a crossword or disagreement with Mike Emerson, to me personally, Mike Emerson is a very Professional fair-minded person I ever had the pleasure to work for and on lot of levels I wished that Mike Emerson never left, to me Mike Emerson's successor is an incompetent moron!
