Integrity Global and Management Systems International (MSI) are implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support activity (MELS) to support USAID/South Sudan in implementing its Strategic Framework (2020-2024). MELS serves as the Mission’s primary mechanism for monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptive management. In a dynamic operating environment, MELS provides USAID/South Sudan with flexible, demand-driven, technical, analytic, and advisory support to strengthen collaboration, learning, and adapting (CLA); promote institutional memory through tailored information products for monitoring, evaluation, and learning; and strengthen knowledge management and organizational learning (KMOL) and data-driven decision-making through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other innovative spatial analyses.

IBTCI supplemented the monitoring and program management efforts of USAID/Iraq to verify, monitor and support USAID program performance evaluation in Iraq. Information gathered and program support services provided by IBTCI assisted the Mission to make informed decisions and better manage Implementing Partners’ (IP) performance throughout the reporting of USAID/Iraq activities and projects. Services IBTCI provided to the USAID/Iraq Mission included supporting the development and implementation of USAID/Iraq’s Performance Management Plan (PMP), providing independent monitoring of the implementation of USAID/ Iraq’s programs and activities and progress in achieving intended results, and providing evaluation services. IBTCI always integrated gender considerations, mitigation of environmental impacts, and future sustainability of results into its work.

The US DoS/INL funded Afghanistan Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) is the world’s largest Rule of Law program which seeks to build the capacity of Afghanistan’s criminal justice sector institutions by improving professional staff’s ability to deliver fair and effective justice services to the country’s citizens in line with the Afghanistan Government Democracy and Governance Strategy and the US Government Rule of Law Strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan. JSSP activities include mentoring justice officials, providing legal training, and restructuring criminal justice institutions through organizational capacity building, legislative reforms, promotion of gender justice, and integration of civil and criminal cases into the Afghanistan Case Management System (CMS). My role in JSSP was to design and implement performance management systems, build local capacity for M&E, support JSSP advocacy efforts, communication and reporting.

USAID funded Civilian Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) aimed at strengthening the capacity of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIROA) to effectively implement the Afghanistan National Development Strategy (ANDS) by providing technical assistance for both institutional and human capacity building in core-functional areas of Public Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Procurement and other specialized technical functions. My role in CTAP was to design and implement the project M&E framework, build local national capacity for M&E, advocacy, communication and reporting. In this program I successfully redesigned CTAP and secured USD19.5 million from USAID Afghanistan.
