    Worked in a team for McKinsey & Co. with the firm's key client: a Latin American telecommunications company. Phase 1: Created a transformation program for a new business unit. Delivered training successfully to new business unit leaders in how to create a new culture within the company from a clearly defined vision. Oversaw the translation of the key concepts of the course from Spanish to English. Worked with an organization of 130 employees to produce a 32% increase in productivity in 3 months Phase 2: Created an intensive training program for new leaders of the transformation course, and a method for rapidly conducting this training in English, for delivery in Spanish. Within 3 weeks, trained two first-time course leaders to deliver the course. The trainees delivered the course successfully to over 30 people in the new business unit over a four day period.
