    During the COVID-19 pandemic I provided leadership to On Lok Day Services Programs by co-creating the vision, culture, and organizational health through linking the community services to the larger strategic direction and continuum of care within On Lok. Specifically, by leading San Francisco's largest and most comprehensive multicultural and multilingual senior center, 30th Street Senior Center; and by operationalizing and launching the Nation's first LGBTQ+ life affirming Adult Day Program licensed by the California Department of Social Services: Openhouse + On Lok Community Day Services Adult Day Program.

    I led change management and organizational restructuring of a team of 35 during a simultaneous SFUSD principal and internal leadership change of a tenured director. In that same year, DCYF opened up their RFPs. I wrote, submitted and was awarded five grants totalling over $1.2M. Four were renewals and one new grant for Youth Workforce Development programing in D11.

    After volunteering in 2006, I worked my way up through every position in programming, and as the Director of Community Programs I managed 10 after school program sites in K-12 schools across San Francisco. I proudly championed the Y-USA signature program Power Scholars to San Francisco addressing the achievement gap for students K-8th grade; I developed and led Youth Development trainings across the San Francisco association and spearheaded solutions to local social justice issues including Youth Workforce Development and Food Justice in Districts 10 and 11. As Chair of the Urban Services Fundraising Committee for 5 years I: Rasied over $1M in the Annual Wine Event by partnering with the Urban Services Board; enhanced existing fundraising efforts by increasing the culture of philanthropy within the organization through education, engagement and autonomous initiatives.
