    My current position as HR and Office Manager came about when Garmin International acquired the assets and operations of Fusion Electronics Ltd and we became part of the amazing Garmin brand. My then position as Credit Control Supervisor was terminated and my Managing Director offered me the newly created HR and Office Manager role. I accepted the challenge and enrolled in a HR Management course and obtained my certificate in January 2019 and with 4 years experience in recruiting, performance management and reviews, learning and development, compensation and benefits, develop and maintain policies and procedures, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, health and safety and support payroll, I feel very confident and enjoy my new role. Company Travel Coordinator was also added to my role as well as Office Manager.Busy, busy, busy and loving it!
