     Managed a team of 2 expatriates and 200 health care and supportive staff in Maban refugee community displacer from Sudan upper Nile. Manage and provide the primary health care, mental health, reproductive health and Nutrition services to refuge, IDPs and host community. Organize and Implemented a polio and TT vaccination campaign integrated with deworming inside the 3 refugee camps and adjacent host community  Organized and implemented mass Measles vaccination campaign integrated with Vit A  Supplementation inside Maban refugee as well as to internally displaced people in Maban town. The coverage was respectively 90 % and 91.9%.  IMC team under my supervision has quickly resumed services and restored temporarily nutrition (OTP, TSFP and integrated IYCF) services to respond to the emergency after the internal conflict between host and refugee community. My contribution to health and nutrition program was highly appreciated by UNHCR as IMC donor in Maban.  Planned and supervised at a monthly basis different mass MUAC screening and supported the team  In the analysis of data. In addition I initiated and implemented a quality improvement plan including the integration of nutrition activities into health program, setting up outreach post in the camp to increase the coverage of nutrition activities based on the obtained results.  Participated in various program monitoring and review exercises with different donor agencies  , ECHO, UNHCR,AAH,Mediar SP and South Sudan government  Implemented capacity building program for many health topics  I managed to use effectively three grants: UNICR; ECHO, and BPRM and have managed to meet the donor reporting deadline in collaboration with IMC program team. In Maban –as site manager I manage 3 refugee camps comprised of 95,359 refugees from Blue Nile, Sudan (those camps are Gendrassa, Kaya and Doro),
