The detailed plan was approved by the peak governance body for the work plan at the Agency.

In this role I reported to the Program manager for Implementations and led a project team of six people from the Agency and its implementation partner on projects from initiation to go live/close out. Projects included those with several jurisdictions e.g. eHealth NSW and NT Health to ensure pathology, diagnostic imaging and hospital dispense records could be uploaded and viewed in My Health Record. Budgets ~ $2 million per contract.I also managed the vendor engagement for the Commonwealth Health Care Homes Initiative for its pilot go-live in July 2017; managed risk management for this digital health project including liaison with the technical teams and established the Executive Risk Management committee as the peak management committee for strategic risk management.
