I currently focus on assisting clients in all facets of family law practice, including:- Property and Financial Settlement (including complex property disputes involving corporate and trust structures and for third parties, in matters where there are third party interests) Arrangements for Children (including complex parenting matters including relocation and international relocation matters)Divorce and Separation Financial Agreements (Cohabitation and Pre Nuptial Agreements) Child Support, including the use of child maintenance trustsIn December 2016 I was recognised on the Doyle's Guide of Leading Family and Divorce Lawyers in Queensland for 2017, as a recommended family lawyer. The Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession identifies firms and practitioners recognised by their peers for their expertise and abilities in the area of Family Law. In January 2016 I was recognised as a "Rising Star" by Doyles Guide, which was a list complied of 14 lawyers Australia wide in the developmental stage of their career. Phillips Family Law has been recognised by the Doyle’s Guide to Legal Services as a First Tier Family Law Firm, Queensland 2015 and 2016 and a Second Tier Family Law Firm in 2017 and a leading Australian Family Law Firm 2015 and 2016.

I was the Vice President from November 2014 and prior to this, I had been elected to FLPA’s Executive Committee each year since 2009, by its members.
