Develop and create plans and programs for infrastructure ensuring the requirements for health safety and environment. • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation. Additionally, work with contract maintenance personnel for minor and major overhauls; Preparing requisitions for spares and supplies, and maintaining control of inventories; • Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects. • Compile and maintain records of equipment, incorporating supply and spare parts sources; energy requirements; and history of breakdown symptoms, causes and repairs. • Develop monitor compliance with safe work practice guidelines for maintenance staff. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive environmental safety and health program for the facilities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
