    I worked leading teams to deliver websites for some of the agency’s biggest clients. The projects were run using a fully agile methodology. Projects included a UX heavy design and prototype project working to develop a single-sign-on concept for Tesco. User journeys in the prototype were regularly tested with users in a lab and the results fed back in to the development process. Other projects included enhancements to UX and design for the Electrolux main website as well as enhancements for Zanussi and AEG.     I had overall responsibility for Qube’s largest client account - Renault UK. I successfully managed the smooth running of all issues relating to the data management for Renault UK’s Trade Partner Program including the Renault Trade Partners website. This was a client-facing role as I was responsible for all direct liaison with senior management at Renault UK’s Head Office. I also communicated effectively with Area Managers and the sales force to meet their information requirements. My duties include producing sales reports, project updates, logging and assigning issues and change controls, assigning work to Developers, producing job progress and status reports, attending meetings and overseeing the obtaining and loading of sales transactions data onto the in-house software system.
