    I am a director responsible for Accounting Advisory Services within the Risk Consulting Business Unit. I work closely with national and international organisations to:- helping them formulate Finance and Accounting Strategies that align finance functions with the overall company/organisations' strategy- Streamline financial reporting process including supporting finance functions to implement hard close and accounting KPIs- Build capacity of non finance staff and managers to improve company performance of companies through trainings- Supporting clients with Implementing International financial reporting standards and their impacts on systems, processes, technology, people and structure - Leading finance transformation projects including finance function audits - Implementing financial reporting tools that enable financial reporting managers produce International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliant Annual Report and Financial Statements. This enable finance teams to free up time to perform meaningful business analysis- Supporting Listed Companies, companies and NGOs to implement Integrated reporting framework- Helping clients with short-term accounting and finance resources to aid reporting during implementation of major finance projects, IPO pre and post accounting support- Work closely with investigators to offer restatement services where it is established financial statements were misstated.At Business Unit(BU) level, I am responsible for the following:- Financial Planning, budgeting and forecasting of Service Line- Accounting Advisory Services Formulating, implementing and monitoring department strategy inline with overall firm strategy- Working closely with HR department to attract top talent,People performance, learning and development and retaining - Building meaningful business relationships and business development. - General office management - safety and security of over 150 staff
