My Core responsibilities are to present payroll, Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments)Replacement of HR manager.Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systemsOversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgradesEnsure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistantsGenerate different reports for Management (employee turnover ratio, ESB Movement, Sales commission, Salary & Overtime Analysis, Division & Department wise analysis of payroll)Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, Represent the Payroll Department at on boarding seminars for new hire orientation. Update and reconcile monthly bank statements from ADPCalculation and processing of termination paymentsCash flow management, including daily and weekly cash flow report to ascertain the Cash requirement and preparation of foretasted cash flow statement.Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax auditsCollaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teamsMaintain accurate records and prepare reportsProven experience as a payroll Specialist or similar roleCurrent knowledge of payroll procedures and related lawsExcellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxesFamiliarity with payroll software (e.g. SAP, ERP) and MS Office (especially Excel)An analytical mind and good math skillsOutstanding communication skills (written and oral)Give presentation on Personnel expenses of variance analysis vs Budget and Last year to Management.Prepare reports as required by management.
