FER’s projects vary from large size subdivision, multifamily, single family, townhouse, duplex, to small apartments and condominiums. FER Design Group is GREEN By Design. We incorporate innovative design methods in a way that automatically brings about sustainable solutions for the building and the environment. There is a false notion that GREEN design and construction cost more. That is not necessarily true! At FER, we believe being GREEN should put green/$ in your pocket!!
