    The achievements:• Set up and commissioning of the Physical lab from scratch.• Built up work instructions for employees to follow in Physical Lab and in process control.• Type test certificate for Milliken Cable size 1200 mm2 38/66 KV.• Preparing 2500 mm2 127/220 KV sample for type test in Kema Labs.• Gathered and organized the quality control master data for SAP.• Participated in getting the ISO 9001 accreditation in 2011.Duties and responsibilities:• Lead Q.C engineers and their staff (supervisors & technicians) of physical lab and in process control.• In Charge of type test certificates for Overhead conductors, H.V, M.V & L.V cable.• Follow up testing the raw materials.• In charge of developing and upgrading the Physical Lab and in process control department.• Follow up testing the samples during the different process stages. • Follow up the finish product.• Follow-up the delivery of the final cables to the stores.• Representing the company to the customer during the cable delivery and re-testing process.• Preparation of test certificates for high voltage cables, medium voltage cable & low voltage cable.• Preparing of daily, monthly and annual reports to make sure that the quality goals are been achieved. And putting corrective actions for any client complain.
