    Also upon turning full-time I took on the extra responsibility of a Party Host. In charge of the day-to-day management of all party booking on the catering side for Bockett;s Farm Park Parties ages 0-12years. Organising room set up, food, and clearing, with a maximum of 7 bookings a day. My role was to make every child's party the best experience it can be, going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. Being trained in all areas withing the Catering Department gave me the versatility to work wherever needed.

    After 4 years of working as a Catering Assistant I was given the responsibility of Kitchen Coordinator. As a Kitchen Coordinator, I was in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside my Supervisor, helping to coordinate staff members and insure smooth operating data. Within this role I was; in charge or working the hot pass, insuring orders went out correctly and efficiently; organising the morning and evening routines by delegating which staff members would complete each job; working through the cooking list to insure all things were completed that day and training of new staff members.
