    My Current Position at Christian Alliance for Children in Zambia entails that I mobilize, recruit and train families to support and foster/adopt orphaned and vulnerable children in institutions such as orphanages. Normally, it is our African tradition and norm to take in and care for orphans and vulnerable children who are in a blood line with us. It is therefore a real challenge to go beyond blood line and care for those children who have no one as a result of having lost both parents to HIV/AIDs and other modern social issues that have arisen to make children orphaned and or vulnerable.
