Rockdale produced 50 million lbs of finished product per month and was one of the largest aluminum smelting and casting facilities in North America. The organizations under my direction ranged from 72 to 380 hourly employees and 13 to 41 salaried employees.In addition, I worked in support roles as Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Alcoa Business System (ABS modeled after Toyota Production System) Manager, and Business Analyst.
