    Assist with all aspects of the long product range within the group while building and maintaining strong internal and external relationship.• Buyouts: Get prices from suppliers, place orders with supplier, ensure stock arrive in time with test certificates, notify the sales team that stock has arrived. • Demand Forecasting: Develop a demand forecasting for Lip Channels • Reporting & Documentation Function: Run the sales history and extended credit terms reports of the long product range. Assist in developing and maintaining Supply Chain rules and processes documentation.• Credit Management & PPV’s: Ensure that all credit related queries are resolved within the required timeframes. Investigation/correction to be done. • Purchase Order Lines: Creating purchase orders, using the right quantities, quality and the correct warehouse. Maintaining purchase orders at all time, updating delivery dates, closing orders within tolerance.• Expediting & Daily Dispatches: Load sheets daily, manage mill relationships and push/slow deliveries as required. Ensure that all information is re-distributed as quickly as possible and communicated to respective internal teams on any changes. Communicate despatches to the warehouse, Confirming despatched tolerances and increase line items on purchase order• Order Confirmation: Check details of orders, quantities and costs and keeping system up to date at all times. Attach to the system and file by supplier.
