    Since getting to the final after previous tough rounds, I had the honour of mooting for the final round in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. It was a privilege to be judged by the Rt Honorable Lord Justice Sales and being announced the winner along with my partner was the highlight of my day.

    I worked as a student adviser for a week during the vacation scheme offered by the university of Leicester Legal Advice Clinic. Throughout this process I conducted a client interview, research to prepare for the interview and wrote a letter of advice. Although these skills resonate with a role of a solicitor, it gave me the opportunity to develop my team working skills, interpersonal and communication skills as well as research skills. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and was recruited as a student adviser to work in the family department.
