    - Conception and creation of a Business Intelligence (BI) system for real estate management, offering key performance indicators (KPIs) that support data-driven decision-making. Using Lean Startup methodologies, I initiated the technical solution with minimal resources and evolved it through Scrum Sprints into a robust system. The system, which utilized technologies such as PHP/Laravel, VueJS, MySQL, and WordPress, resulted in increased profitability and optimization for various real estate agencies.- Development of integrations with real estate CRMs and ERPs, enabling the capture of over 70 primary data points essential for creating KPIs. This solution saved time and resources for more than 50 real estate agencies. I utilized REST APIs, ETL processes, XLS file reading, data processing with Jobs/Queues, and storage in MySQL and BigQuery, along with materialized views for data transformation and improved system performance.- Creation and evolution of a system that extracts data from lead conversions originating from real estate portals, social networks (such as Facebook), and real estate websites, integrating them with real estate CRMs/ERPs and marketing tools like RD Station and Bitrix24. This system increased the operational efficiency of real estate agencies by reducing manual processes for lead registration and organization. I utilized technologies such as PHP/Laravel, Regex, VueJS, Angular, REST, DB Migrations, Jobs/Queues, Docker Containers, and Bugsnag.

    - Development of a technological solution for a nationwide project aimed at Integrated Management of Operational Units and Oil Platforms for the country's largest company (Petrobras), with the objective of optimizing the entire production chain of oil and derivative extraction activities.- Engaged in activities such as Requirements Gathering, Systems Analysis, Conceptual Modeling with UML/RUP, and served as a senior software engineer, programming the system using Java EE technology (JPA/Hibernate, Spring Technology, PrimeFaces, Oracle DB, among others). Also, led part of the less experienced programming team to ensure the use of required programming best practices and design patterns applicable to the solution, while ensuring the quality of the produced code and correct versioning with Subversion and Clear Case.- Creation of a module that conducted the reading of data produced by embedded systems of oil drilling machines (on offshore oil platforms) into a local database for asynchronous transfer to the central system. This aimed to present the data to Petroleum Engineers working in the company's business units (onshore), with the goal of creating indicators to guide oil extraction activity. Additionally, employed technologies like DB Lite and Applets for data management on the oil platforms, facilitating data transfers.

    - Development of nationwide technological solutions for the largest company in the country (Petrobras), responsible for the control and distribution of petroleum-derived products in road and pipeline modalities.- Development of a Java code generator framework to facilitate the creation of common CRUDs, implementing the defined architecture rapidly, speeding up the creation of new functionalities and the migration of legacy features. This project, in addition to resulting in over 5 promotions and salary increases, opened doors to become one of the few outsourced software architects to be part of the team defining project standards for the entire company in the country.- Development of a system that managed the billing of the distribution of thousands of liters of petroleum among various refineries and their clients through interconnected pipelines, using Java EE technology (JCA, JPA/EJB or Hibernate, JMX, Spring Technology, Struts and PrimeFaces, Oracle DB, among others).- Implementation of a system dedicated to the integration and control of road and pipeline modalities with the ERP being implemented in the company (SAP), through Web Services, SAP/XI, SAP Business Connectors, and ETL processing, impacting the entire company's revenue at a time when there were not many integration standards or REST technology. Through this designed solution, we achieved total visibility of the integrations and actions required in case of errors.- Restructuring of the systems architecture and creation of refactoring and migration strategies for legacy code (out of standard) to the new architecture and established design patterns, increasing the reliability of the codes through unit tests that ensured the expected result. This revealed a series of errors and allowed for the necessary corrections.
