Position: HR Manager/Sr. HRBPResponsibilities: • Define HR strategy align with company policy and local needs, including but not limited to re-organization, re-position, restructuring, expansion / redundancy, etc. Improve, deploy and effective of HR related processes across the business or functional organization • Design and implement policies/procedures related to HR Management, ensure all relevant policies/ procedures complying to the requirements of both legal and the compliance of the Company. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices. • Lead, organize and implement RR global HR activates within RR Greater China region for multiple locations, such as HR Integration, Job Grading, Work Day implementation, HR Road Show, Diversity & Inclusion. • Manage headcount/labor cost controlling by closely working with business managers to ensure the alignment with the requirementson cost; Conduct Operative Planning align with business development and cost requirement. • Work with line manager to identify open positions in advance, conduct the interview, offering and background/reference check for critical positions. Choose proper recruitment channel, select qualified candidates. • Collect, analyze, develop and implement training needs according to business needs and personnel development. Evaluate, select and review qualified suppliers and training program. Organize in-house training workshop as internal trainer on various topics. Organize internal training sharing program.
