    Relying strong net work in customer relationship, start headhunting business;BD potential customers, pay formal visits or conduct telephone communication, dig into their current situation and actual needs, vacancies and expectations, provide initial professional advice, and assess the possibility of formal cooperation; Negotiate contract details, push the subscription;Search for suitable candidates by 3 approaches: (1) Cold Call; (2) List filtration; (3) Resumes browse in on-line data base;Perform telephone or face to face interviews, 2~4 times per candidate with no less than 1 hour in total, and according to different positions, dig into candidate’s detailed information such as personal status, work experience, education and training background, individual personality and work style, etc, and recommend related positions based on their motivations and expectations; Summarize the interview content and prepare professional reports for selected candidates, and forward to HRs for their evaluation, answer questions and arrange official interviews, follow up the offer; Make sure the candidate’s punctual on-board, charge service fee and follow its return;Performance:Rich understanding and practical experience on every step of the whole headhunting business, promoted for times from consultant to senior consultant/team Supervisor.
