My project focus this summer was an eco-community neighborhood development idea where I built a pitch deck and a business model for the means of attracting investors. The parcel of land was approximately 200 acres, and the idea was to create a community of single-family homes where homeowners were committed to achieving a net-zero home and had a passion for sustainability.
