It offers full suite of design and engineering capabilities through member companies - AETOS, B+H, KTP, Robert Bird Group, SAA, Sino-Sun and SMEC. I led a branding, corporate and marketing communications team of 10 comprising sub-teams in Singapore and Australia. In 2018, I oversaw the strategic integration communications when Surbana Jurong acquired B+H and later SAA in early 2019.

As Group Director, Communications Office of the National University Health System, or NUHS, I oversaw the communications function of the public healthcare cluster and its entities - National University of Singapore’s medical, dental, and public health schools, the National University Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Jurong Community Hospital, Jurong Medical Centre, the National University Heart Centre, Singapore, the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore, the National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore, National University Polyclinics and a regional health system comprising primary care networks and step-down care facilities for the Western part of Singapore. During my tenure, I led integration communications efforts across the 12 institutions when NUHS merged with Jurong Health Services, and was instrumental in developing NUHS' new vision, mission and core values which was essential in laying the foundation for an effective merged NUHS cluster. I also established the communications teams of National University Polyclinics and the upcoming Alexandra Campus which NUHS is taking over.
