    My Project Management training helped me to organize projects in a time and cost efficient manner and to be resourceful at problem solving. I co-operated effectively with business partners and proved my ability to retain clients over the 8.5 years of being a business owner.
 I gave presentations on a variety of topics and made my workshops fun and interesting for the attendees. When managing freelance collaborators and volunteers, I applied leadership.

As the Director of Operations, my daily tasks consisted of: project planning, coordination (time scheduling) of events and their logistics, project calculation with a tight budget, and preparing quotes. I took care of the marketing aspect of my company by acquiring new clients and contracts, following-up with clients, updating the website and social media, and writing a blog. I prepared visual documentation for project presentations and edited portfolio pictures. 

As a Designer, I created beautiful contemporary floral concepts for corporate and private events. I payed meticulous attention to every detail and ensured exceptional quality by using only the most carefully sourced flowers and materials for my arrangements.

    I worked as a facilitator for plant and environment related activities with the goal to increase public awareness for the importance of green spaces and to create a better, greener environment for children. The clients for workshops of this non-profit organization were mostly school children. I demonstrated how to plant perennials and shrubs in schoolyards, explained the environmental benefits of plants and their impact on the air quality. I motivated the children to actively participate in workshop activities such as planting, watering and plant care.
