Dozens of in-depth / problem interviews were made during my business trips. Set tasks for developers in user story and job story forms, reviewed and agreed technical specifications (as needed) with business analysts, regularly informed the development team about the progress of the project, goals, the value of the product and individual functionality for the market and stakeholders. Our workshop management system is implemented in more than 150 car workshops in the Republic of Belarus, trial implementations made in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Formed a product vision, set tasks to developers, participated in prioritization, organized the work of employees to fill the catalog with the data.
