    Responsibilities:As senior designer I have set up the creative department and been responsible for the art direction, print production and scheduling of all design traffic. This includes advising on requirements for design software and hardware, suppliers and printers, while also managing junior designers. The role also required me to liaise with all stakeholders ranging from international directors, brand managers, marketing team, external suppliers and agencies. My main focus is on print design, incorporating strategic consulting on creative, cost effective, environmentally friendly and timeous solutions.
