    • Work with the QA/QC Manager and laboratory leadership to define and maintain DAIDS related research objectives, targets, and processes and review new targets, protocols, processes, equipment, supplies, and technologies for quality standards. • Take lead role to review all protocol related documents (study protocol, MOP, LPC and other documents), train personnel and ensure smooth implementation of respective protocol. Ensure proper adherence to research protocols by all trained personnel at the lab • Plan and appropriately document protocol related trainings • Ensure that all specific protocol documents are controlled and appropriately filled.• Work with the QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, communicate, and maintain plan protocol analyte list (PAL). • Ensure that all study/research related laboratory SOPs are written and maintained as per the writing of quality systems documents and document control procedures.• Work with study IoRs and QA/QC Manager to complete any protocol deviations • Work with the Operations Manager and Pre/Post Analytical supervisor • Create a QA/QC plan for regular review and spot check for protocol specimens in LDMS and LIMS storage• Responsible for QA/QC of all protocol and research samples to be shipped internationally. Ensure that all chain of communications have been completed before shipments as required by specific protocol procedures.• Track and maintain annual competency for all personnel working on research protocols • Actively participate in the process of achieving and maintenance of ISO 15189 accreditation.

    Support ongoing and upcoming research studies both technically and analytically.To effectively supervise and assess performance of the research supervisor(s).Perform quality checks on all lab research related activities and work with the QA/QC manager during Laboratory audits.Ensure proper adherence to protocols of the Lab and of the study at all times.Perform data entry into Lab information systemEnsure confidentiality at all times concerning Patients, participant, and project data and information.Maintain regular communications with Principle investigators and study teams.Train Lab personnel on research protocol procedures.
