Woven Image is an Australian based company that designs, produces and sells acoustic panels and textiles. I managed the P&L for the Woven Image offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and nine distribution partners throughout APAC. Recognised for: Management: Developed the APAC strategy and represented the region on the Management Committee. Served as a liaison between Head Office and the regional offices. Highly adept at calibrating communication to all levels and functions of the business for maximum effectiveness of each role. Managed budgets and costs for the three offices in Asia.Marketing and Sales: Created market specific presentations for the sales team and distribution partners. Coordinating with internal support teams (Marketing) to produce a new International Product Brochure. Stakeholder Engagement: Continued to develop relationships with international furniture manufacturers. Collaborated with Steelcase and the WI Design Team to create custom products (currently still in development). Collaborated and partnered with other department heads to ensure all collateral and presentations were aligned with company branding standards.Product Development: Sat on the Product Development Team and provided market insight and feedback to ensure the relevance of new products and rationalised the existing product portfolio. Utilised market research to generate product gap analysis. Mentoring: Training the sales teams as well as the distribution partners on new products with each product launch. Applying Interior Design knowledge to recommend products for projects and teach sales teams how to read drawings.
