Feb 2019 - Jul 2019
In my role as a Senior Account Manager, I managed 30 of the top 150 high-touch Vendors along with 200 other Vendors. I was highly focused on contract negotiation and product margin increase and helped to advise team members on the negotiations they were having. I also uncovered a shipping charge discrepancy from a Key Account and recovered over $77K in overcharges. In addition, I developed and implemented a tool for use in identifying Vendors for contract and margin negotiations.
