    I wanted to make a change in order to learn more about the restaurant from the BOH side. I operated a kitchen that did sales of over 8 million dollars in our best year ever in 2019. We run in the top 5 of our country for Prime Cost every quarter because of top 5 numbers in both food cost and labor. I have also completed BOH schedules, end of month inventory, and all other kitchen ops systems.
