The company had not filed reports with the Securities Exchange Commission in several years. Brought the company current in its filings with the SEC in October of 2007.

I was appointed President and a member of the Board of Directors for the purposes of investigating fraud involving a merger with a Chinese company, and devising and implementing a restructuring strategy. During this period of time I was responsible for overseeing the company's audit and filings with the Securities Exchange Commission.

Client company of Coral Capital Partners. I was the sole US based Officer & Director. Nocera, Inc. was an Italian food processing company that was publicly traded on the NASD OTC market. The company maintained manufacturing facilities in Italy and Uruguay. The company had approximately 250 shareholders outside of the United States. Lead the investigation of acts of securities fraud committed by several previous officers and directors of the company. Developed and oversaw the legal action against the former officers and directors for damages resulting from their securities fraud. Successfully recovered the damages awarded by the US Federal Court. Successfully defended company in the appeal by former management to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
