    Responsible for organizing and managing every detail of the 8 day 2008 United States Scholar-Athlete Games. Supervised and assigned responsibilities among the 30 staff members to ensure all aspects of the Event were covered. Developed the 8 day program and curriculum, including the speakers for each of the 8 theme days, discussion groups, plenary sessions, educational sessions, two assemblies per day, fourteen sport events, eight cultural events, and nighttime activities. Managed the transportation, food, housing and all operational aspects including a peace walk and keynote address by Colin Powell in Providence, RI for the 1,000 participants ages 15-19 from all 50 states and 32 international groups with an additional 200 volunteers and 150 coaches.
