    I’m in charge of all the IT affairs in Group.-IT basic construction: establishing E-mail system on EXCHANGE 2000; using LAN, INTERNET & VPN technologies to connect the network of H.O. and branches; making regulations on IT equipments purchasing & maintenance; giving lessons to the staff on ERP/POS and other IT skills; building the weak electricity system of the H.O. and each branch.-ERP/POS construction: it helps the management get the operating data promptly and integrate the managing flow of sales, production, logistics and finance; planning the new-generation information system in 2006, which realized the seamless connection and the close-off management of all internal business data (1st phase: RP/POS, 2nd phase: CRM & HR updating，3rd phase: introducing BI); updating ERP during 2006 - 2007，and the program was finished in 2008 covering all the branches, production bases and outlets; preparing for the online of CRM & HR system in 2008.-Other info system: Introducing WORKFLOW in 2004, which can strictly control the administrative management, the financial reimbursement and the material purchasing of all the branches and the departments; creating the paperless and networked offices; completing the internal monitoring system and one-card system of entrance guard, attendance checking and catering in 2005; completing HR system for managing the employee information, evaluation, contracts and salary and establishing the 800 call center in 2006.-IT team construction: Training all the IT staff to be multi-skill specialists with necessary managing knowledge in the process of ERP/POS construction.

    -Considering the large floor space, I chose the Ethernet structure with thick cables as trunk line and twisted pair wires accompanied, and constructed a network system based on DOS & Novell covering over 20 administrative and operating departments;-Programming the managing information system by FOXPRO, re-programming the financial and warehousing software and collecting & analyzing the data from every operating department;-At the beginning of 1999, I changed the network platform into WINDOWS NT and firstly re-programmed the restaurant managing software by DELPHI; -Training the staff on the updating software.
