Projects expert
-
Sep 2019 - Present
My goal is to raise the standard of project expertise in the UK and beyond. I help private and public sector organisations understand how to get their project activity aligned with their strategy, and then embed the skills, tools and techniques to deliver successful projects. Alongside that I teach and have taught about projects at several leading British universities, so that many of tomorrow's professionals start with a solid grounding in this essential discipline.

CSC is now part of DXC Technology. CSC was a global IT professional services company. Part of its business was conducting IT transformation projects for major clients. I eventually became the director of CSC's UK business change consulting practice.
