    •Built fibre network thus narrowing the technology gap for Hong Kong public•Successfully negotiated porting agreement with four incumbent fixedline operators to include HKBN porting arrangements •Part of the feasibility unit to introduce Wireless Fixed technology to provide broadband services to designated commercial areas• Sole HKBN representative in co-operation with then regulator, Office of Telecommunications Authority to deliver HKBN service pledge in broadband service provision•Pioneered HKBN achievements overseas by establishing a similar model in Japan (1997 – 1998). Responsible for legal, regulatory, financial modeling of overseas business model. Stationed in Tokyo for a 19 months period assignment.•Revolutionized IDD calling method and toppled monopolized pricing by the incumbent giant Hong Kong Telecom.
