It is rare that you come across great all-round managers like Eric. I had the pleasure of working as a Technical Consultant with Eric as my Manager for almost a year at M-Files. His ability to lead his teams, maintain great customer partnerships and spearhead corporate level initiatives at the same time was unlike I've ever seen before.
