    In 2012, engaged as Co-CEO to form Auction.com Commercial (ADCC), a startup venture between LNR Property and Auction.com focused on transacting loan and commercial asset sales utilizing Auction.com’s online-based auction platform. Responsible for all aspects of the startup regarding infrastructure including creating the Mission Statement, determining health/401K benefit plans, Company policies and procedures, compensation structures, job descriptions/creations, lease negotiations and the 1 & 5 year business plans. In 2013, the Auction.com Commercial venture was rolled into Auction.com (ADC), with continuing responsibilities of running the commercial division, as EVP/GM – ~125 employees and generating revenue in excess of $115M. Responsible for P&L, forecasting/budget, management of internal and external sale advisors, brand development and operations. • 2013 -Increased revenue over 30% from previous year, while reducing overall expenses by 4%• 2012 - Increased revenue over 10% from previous year • Auctioned over $10B in commercial real estate assets across the United States and Germany via online auctions

Directly involved in the fund raise and management of the CPI Fund, a $1.125B club fund with investors consisting of CalSTRS, OhioSTRS, GIC, and Colorado PERA. In 11+ years at LNR, involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of over $4B in commercial real estate and $3B in non-performing loan sales nationwide. In 2011 helped create Archetype Advisors, an internal sales team responsible for selling non-performing loans through auction.
