Via phone, text, email and in-person meetings.Establish relationships with all constituencies, including public, private, and government and engage them with the program.Program Development and LeadershipTransfer the successful MassChallenge model from Boston, UK and Israel to Mexico, while adjusting as required to meet local customs and norms but without changing the fundamental principles.Design and execute the full year calendar, from applications, though judging, accelerator, to the Awards Ceremony.Identify and build programs to best engage and support MassChallenge Mexico Alumni.Events Planning and ExecutionBuild and implement an effective program strategy, curriculum, and events; including private get-togethers, large-scale events, info-sessions, workshops, educational sessions, panels, etc.Serve as a point person before, after, and during each event for interns, vendors, guests, speakers, finalists or people/companies supplying space, food, or supplies for an event.Skilled with budget planning – MassChallenge is a non-profit, so you must be able to manage budgets for our activities effectively.Analyzing past events to help better future events and create better processes for executing and planning events.

After a year the Mexican Entrepreneurship area became the reference for the rest of the worldwide Campus Party chapters. During Campus Party Event: - Collaborating with the Campus Party Content team to bring over 250 speakers, such as Guy Kawasaki, Gary Whitehill, Bruce Dickinson, Dave McClure, Ash Fontana, Zach King, and so forth. -Startup & Makers Camp: Uniting the +200 relevant Startups in Mexico Area for their participation in different activities, such as recruitment, networking, mentorship and investors meetings.-Investor's Night: Uniting more than 75 investors for different activities with the startups who assisted to Campus Party, building relationships and alliances with different investment funds such as: Crowdfunder, Angel Ventures, Play Business, Beahmonte Investments, and Venture Institute.-Business Marathons: Early Seeds Preincubation and creating different alliances with different incubators such as: 500, Startup Mexico, Unreasonable Mexico, Wayra, Reto Zapopan, and also some universities such as: Ibero, ITESM, and Itam.200 projects have been in this program. -Presently organizing the World Biggest Hackathon for the Guinness Record -All of this activities were able to be supported and approved by government institutions such as: INADEM.
