    Responsible for the coordination of day to day plant operations, training and supervision of support staff, workflow coordination, policy and procedural development, establishment of production goals, quality assurance, inventory control, employee scheduling, regulatory and environmental compliance, working with vendors, overseeing facility maintenance, coordination of staff meetings, ensuring plant safety, recruitment, report preparation, and other administrative functions. Essentially involved in all aspects of plant management, while dealing hands-on in all areas of the production process. Presided over an operation which produced over 3200 square-feet of product per day; average annual production of more than 600,000 square-feet. Position requires coordination between drafting, production, welding, and trucking departments in seeing that all production requirements are met. Originally hired as Mold Maker, and was then promoted to Quality Control, Production Manager, and then to the current position.
